Wholesale Account Terms: Order Minimum: $150 | Free Shipping/Local Delivery: $250*
Wholesale Requirements. Wholesale accounts are available for those companies who consume or resell our regular catalog items. In order to qualify for a wholesale account, we require a copy of your business license or other documentation showing your federal tax ID number, as well as your reseller permit (if applicable). Bay Coffee and Tea reserves the right to cancel or revoke wholesale accounts.
Payment. For new accounts, the first three orders must be paid via credit card. After the first three orders, we are happy to provide a credit application to apply for Net 30 payment terms. A finance charge of 2% may be assessed on past due invoices. Orders will not be shipped for accounts with a past due balance. Repeated past due balances may result in revocation of terms.
Ordering. Orders may be submitted via our wholesale order portal. We are available to take orders Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We require item/SKU numbers and quantities for an order to be placed. A sales order confirmation will be emailed after the order is submitted. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to verify that the items and pricing on the sales order are correct.
Processing Time. We strive to process all orders in timely manner, with in-house processing time averaging 2 to 3 business days. Large orders or orders with custom products or bulk quantities may experience delays.
Shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. For wholesale orders of regular catalog items totaling $250 or more, the cost of UPS ground shipping is paid for by Bay Coffee. Bulk quantities, special orders, and custom products are not subject to free shipping terms and may be invoiced separately from regular catalog items. *Free shipping only available for stores located within the continental United States.
Returns and Credits. We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with any product you receive for any reason within 15 days of purchase, please contact us via email or phone and we will discuss and determine whenter to issue credit for the purchase.
